These Terms of Service govern your use of RivetQuote and its tools for creating and sharing professional quotes.
Using RivetQuote
RivetQuote provides tools that help businesses prepare, edit, share, and track quotes. You are responsible for your account, the information you add, and the quotes you choose to send to customers.
AI-generated estimates
RivetQuote may generate suggested scopes, line items, quantities, prices, tax calculations, exclusions, assumptions, and terms from the information you provide. These are editable estimates only. You must review and approve every quote before sending it. RivetQuote does not provide legal, tax, accounting, engineering, construction, trade, or other professional advice.
Customer information and public links
You must have permission to include customer information in RivetQuote. Public quote links are intended for the customer you choose to share them with. Take care when sharing links and keep your account access secure.
Subscriptions
Free and paid plan features, usage allowances, and billing terms are shown in RivetQuote at the time you subscribe. Paid subscriptions are managed through the checkout and billing services made available in the application. Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your quotes.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep RivetQuote reliable and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generated estimate will be suitable for a particular job. We may update, improve, or discontinue features as the product evolves.
